Over the past nine years as a sex educator, Liv has found her niche among colleagues- supporting sexuality professionals, health teachers, community leaders, caregivers, and students who know their stuff but need a few more tools to deliver content effectively.

Why this niche? Wherever Liv has worked, she kept noticing the same pattern over and over again. Professional development and conference sessions center on subject knowledge adding more information for WHAT to teach. The missing piece was HOW?!

Liv is an AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator and CE Provider. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Music Education and minor in Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Sexual Health Education Certificate from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Recently, Liv completed the Sex Education As Resistance program with Ericka Hart (she/they). Liv is a white neurodivergent lesbian who loves sewing, wheel throwing, and watching garbage reality TV. She is currently based in Seattle.
